Tomato Bruschetta With Roasted Garlic

3/4 lbs roma tomatoes, peeled, seeded, diced (about 5
medium tomatoes)
30 ml basil leaves
1 garlic clove
40 ml olive oil
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp thyme
12 small 1/2- inch thick coarse country bread slices

Method

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Broil.

2. Chop tomatoes finely.

3. Combine with all other ingredients.

4. Grill both sides of bread until golden.

5. Spoon on tomato mixture.
