
375 ml shredded part-skim mozzerella cheese
75 ml chopped canned green chilies
75 ml chopped green onions
15 ml vegetable oil
Method
1. Sprinkle half of each tortilla with cheese, chilies and onions.
2. Fold tortillas in half and press edges together.
3. Brush tortillas with 5 ml oil and bake in 190 degrees C oven for 10 minutes or until crisp. Cut into 5 wedges and serve with salsa.
