Spinach Party Dip

250 ml sour cream
250 ml mayonaise
1 pkg frozen spinach
1 pkg Knorr Swiss Vegetable soup mix
1/2 tin water chesnuts, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1 french baguette
3 carrots
3 celery
1/2 cucumber

Method

1. Thaw, drain, and finely chop spinach.

2. Combine sour cream, mayo and soup mix with spinach and mix well. Set aside or chill for 2 hours before serving.

3. Cut french baguette into 1 inch slices, cut arrots and celery into sticks, and cucumber into rounds.

4. When ready to serve, place dip into a bowl and arrange bread and vegetables around it.
