Kentucky Fried Chicken Strips

125 ml flour
10 ml salt
5 ml pepper
1 ml sage
1 ml tumeric
1 ml onion salt(powder)
1/2 egg
4 chicken pieces
1 ml ground cloves
2 ml curry powder
1 ml dry mustard
1/2 ml garlic powder
2 ml seasoned salt

Method

1. Combine all the dry ingrediants in a small bowl. (sift)

2. in another small bowl, beat the egg.

3. Take the chicken and dip them in the egg and then dip and coat them in the flour mixture.

4. In a medium frypan heat up 75 ml of oil and fry the chicken till golden brown, so that they are crispy. (they can be finished in ht eoven at 400 F for 15 min if desired to reduct the frying time and reduce the amount of fat absorbed.)
