Anthony's Stuffed Mushrooms Caps

12 mushrooms
1/2 block cream cheese
60 ml mayonaise
60 ml sour cream
60 ml Parmesan cheese
2 green onions
1 can crab
125 ml mozzerella cheese
60 ml parsley
2 ml salt and pepper
2 ml seasoning salt
2 ml cayenne
dash tabasco

Method

1. Remove stem from mushrooms and hollow out caps.

2. In medium bowl, blend cream cheese, sourcream and mayo with electric mixer.

3. Add crab, cheese, and green onion and combine.

4. Add parsley, salt and pepper, seasoning salt, cayenne, and tabasco.

5. Fill mushroom caps with filling and place on baking sheet. Bake at 375F for 10-15 min.
